SPROUTING : Overwhelmed and perplexed, when they meet after a long, long time

Just for a moment,
everything is still,
that falling weathered leaf,
paused in mid-air.
That tiny insect,
crawling on my chair.

No blowing wind,
no chirping birds,
nothing is moving,
even the drops,
floating in mid-air,
like tiny pearls.
